Log in to your Genserv employee account, view or download your pay stub, and get your Genserv W-2 tax form.
To access your Genserv pay information, log in to the Genserv employee portal with your employee ID and password. Your pay stubs are in the Pay or Payroll section, and your W-2 is under Tax Documents, available by January 31 each year. No portal access? Contact Genserv HR or payroll to request copies.
1Access your Genserv employee portal
- Go to the official Genserv employee portal. Always start from Genserv's own site or a link your HR gave you, not a search ad.
- Enter your employee ID or username.
- Enter your password, then submit to sign in.
- Locked out? Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen, or contact Genserv HR to reset your account.
2How to get your Genserv pay stub
- Log in to the Genserv employee portal.
- Open the Pay or Payroll section (sometimes labeled "Pay statements" or "Earnings").
- Select the pay period you need, then view or download the PDF.
- No portal access? Contact Genserv HR or payroll and ask them to send your pay stub.
3How to get your Genserv W-2
Employers must furnish your W-2 by January 31 each year. To get your Genserv W-2, sign in to the employee portal and open the Tax Documents (or Year-End) section, where the current and prior W-2 forms are usually posted.
If your W-2 is missing or you can no longer log in, contact Genserv payroll to request a copy. As a last resort - if you still cannot get it - you can file IRS Form 4852 as a substitute for a missing W-2.
